Problem

The adaptation of guests in Dubai, where a different mentality, culture, language is a complex process, this needs a solution. DET qualified only 2% of establishments as high-level, the rest require a solution to go beyond 98%. The problem of loneliness is on the second place in the world in terms of globality and is still not solved.

Decision

Shuffle was a smart pocket guide to the region - a friendly interface and an understanding of what its user wants. The application gives an incentive and opportunities to progress the entire niche of leisure and entertainment. Shuffle has become a system that socializes people by connecting them online and taking them offline.

Building an application architecture using the flowchart method based on user experience analysis

We have developed a unique interface, thought out the global structure of the application. We found the problems of the markets and created their solutions through the application. We have implemented original chips and social utilities.

We have completely packed the project. We have created a design mock-up of the MVP. We worked out the presentation of the project, pitch jack in two languages. We made a promo video in two languages. Further, the project can easily go out to raise funds, attract the attention of investors and partners.

Analysis of competitors showed why the problems we formulated still exist. The interface and functionality of competing applications have become key factors to start from, because these are the main points where they sag.

Started designing. It was necessary to think over the main user paths through the application, navigation. Everything to make it as convenient and easy for the user to use it. We knew what to focus on, because this was not taken into account by competitors in the market. Subsequently, the concept was reworked into a clear structure by the formation of block diagrams.

Based on the structural block diagram of the application, we create a primary prototype, where the potential architecture was reflected. Together with the team, they evaluated and analyzed it, made additions and submitted it for revision.

We implemented the MVP version so that you can quickly and realistically experience the functionality and convenience of the application. Based on it, it is easier to figure out what changes need to be made to the architecture and navigation. Also, this version will easily show third parties (for example, investors) how the application works, without the need for full development costs.
