Problem
we were approached by a catering establishment that wants to launch an online food delivery service. among the main problems in this area that we have identified are the following: difficult navigation and illogical maps of movement in such services; low performance of services due to overload; difficulties in updating information; inconvenient payment systems or insufficient data protection

At the analytics stage, our goal was to comb the entire market, to know all its nuances, weaknesses and strengths. We had to understand everything that would help us make a perfect product. For show, we don't work.

The collection of information was so large that it was possible to launch a separate educational course on this niche based on the collected material
In general, our design reflects not only the basic principles of the brand and its values, but also takes into account the interests and expectations of the target audience.

Design
The design concept for the pizza delivery case was based on the use of bright red, orange and gray shades, which emphasizes the appetitiousness and attractiveness of the dishes offered, as well as creates a modern and clean visual image. High-quality photos of food help to attract the attention of users and make them want to order food.
Each design element is thought out to the smallest detail to ensure easy and quick perception of information and enhance the effect of using the product. Our goal is to make the pizza ordering process as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for users, and our design helps to achieve this goal.
The use of high-quality photos of pizza and other dishes, as well as a user-friendly interface, allow users to quickly and easily select and order their favorite pizza. As a result, our design contributes to increasing conversions and improving the user experience.

The primary and main goal, after launching the delivery service, the client set for himself brand awareness and dissemination of information about the possibility of online delivery.For the most effective achievement of the task, we have formed 4 pillars: expansion of coverage, elaboration of reputation, capacious informativeness and translation of corporate identity.
Before launching traffic, we worked out the reputation of the brand and service (SERM). Generating positive reviews on Google Maps and other aggregators with reviews of various services. Also writing and posting informational articles on various blog sites from different users.Having secured a clean reputation for our client, we started generating traffic.
We generated traffic through the FaceBook ADS advertising platform. FaceBook Instagram sites. Through the development of branded advertising creatives, we emphasized the corporate identity and conveyed information about the service in an accessible way.Our audit, which was formed even before the development stage, was enough to identify the most suitable targeting segments.
