Problem

Our client's product segment has seasonal specifics, so one of the key problems in the niche is a sharp surge in competition. It is extremely difficult to stand out among the masses and adapt quickly in an active competitive environment

Decision

After conducting a global audit of the target market, we have identified 4 key areas that need to be addressed in our client's future internet marketing strategy: unique branding, a simple and optimized administration panel for making instant updates, more dynamic content, and a streamlined navigation system.

We have developed a unique interface, thought out the global structure of the application. We found the problems of the markets and created their solutions through the application. We have implemented original chips and social utilities.

We have completely packed the project. We have created a design mock-up of the MVP. We worked out the presentation of the project, pitch jack in two languages. We made a promo video in two languages. Further, the project can easily go out to raise funds, attract the attention of investors and partners.

Analysis of competitors showed why the problems we formulated still exist. The interface and functionality of competing applications have become key factors to start from, because these are the main points where they sag.

Design

Fine work has been done here in creating a simple and intuitive interface for different target audiences. When creating the design, we adhered to festive colors - orange and red shades on a light background.

According to the standard, we have already set up SEO optimization of the site. Two tools were chosen primarily to promote the Internet market for the season: FaceBook ADS and Google Merchant Centre. The products of the market are gifts and it was important to reflect them visually.

We need to export our website products to Google Merchant Center, which is easy to implement due to our built-in system. We promoted individual product cards on Google to increase conversions by displaying the price and leading users to the relevant page.

Instagram Facebook and Instagram ads were launched in parallel. The preparation process was divided into creating attractive creatives and reflecting the portraits of the audience on the targeting parameters.

We launched massively targeted traffic exactly at the beginning of the season, ahead of many competitors, which the client failed to do earlier. We recorded the progress of sales volume growth compared to the previous period - by 68%.
