Problem

the main problem was clear after the question “tell me what you do?”. guys from the IT sphere, they specialize in selling software for identifying site visitors. with such complex products, the problem is always the same - how to convey to a potential client what kind of product and why he needs it. with their previous version of the web service, this failed badly

Decision

this time we had to do the impossible: show the complexity of the product in a simple language for the user. the solution to this problem was found in a point analysis and elaboration of the structure of the future web service, in a competent UX, which was connected by several specialists and in marketing copywriting

The next step was to penetrate into the depths of the problem and disassemble it into molecules, as well as work out additional nuances.

After analyzing the interaction and activity of visitors with the current page of our clients' web service through Google Analytics, we made sure that in 80% of cases the user who went to their site did not understand what was happening on it and how to act. Each web product should have an internal conversion funnel. The guys had it too, it was reflected incorrectly, so there was a house.

The sale of software for identifying site visitors is a complex and narrowly focused product, with which it is easy to miss the audience when promoting. Therefore, 3 main tools were initially selected: Google ADS search advertising, SEO and email newsletters.

Clearly formed low-frequency and high-frequency semantics for Google ADS based on the portrait of the target audience and their needs. We have set up spot advertising. Thus, we received a high percentage of net leads who understand what they want from the target product. The growth dynamics after the launch was 88%.

The email marketing process has also borne fruit. Based on the portrait of target segments, a database of target companies for mailing lists was formed. We developed an offer and put it into operation. In the range of 15-20% of all those who received the offer, we achieved the first contact. The final conversion rate for customers was 7-10%. At low cost and capacious lines.
