Problem

- this company contacted us with an already existing website, whose task is to sell accessories and equipment for cars. regardless of the amount of advertising traffic that came to their previous market, the dynamics of orders did not change

Decision

- we had to conduct a global audit of the processes of visitors' interaction with the previous site in order to find out the reasons for the low conversion of their online store. we managed to detect more than a dozen errors, including those related to the interface, which stops progress. based on their negative experience, we have built an effective solution

Before starting to develop a new online store, it was important for us to analyze the user experience with the previous site. Advertising traffic was not stopped on purpose. We have created a new set of metrics in Google Analytics that track the behavior of visitors in more detail.

One of the main nuances that we found was that engagement on the market was high and users performed many small actions, but this did not lead to conversions.

It was not difficult to guess that the main mistakes were in the convenience of moving through the pages, intuitively his chain of actions was difficult to logically perform targeted actions that lead to a sale

The design was made in light colors and minimalistic style. We tried to convey all the information as simply and clearly as possible, without unnecessary details and overload, since the main target audience perceived the information more than visual and graphical solutions. This means that design, first of all, simplifies the perception of information and decorates it.

The combination of blue and orange color symbolizes the reliability and high quality of the product, which is very important for future customers and the subject of the product as a whole. We also used high-quality photos and detailed illustrations for a more accurate representation of the services and product

Thus, having invested a lot of effort into the work, we received a high-quality and effective product.

Since the team and I already knew very well about the product, and even better, the web development that we did to them, the company insisted that we launch digital marketing.
